Applies to all state, local, and privately owned offstreet parking facilities.
Prohibition on obstructing access aisles / boundary lines
It is unlawful to obstruct, block, or bar access to disabled parking stalls/spaces, or to park on the boundary lines of such a space, or in any crosshatched loading/unloading area adjacent to it - even for vehicles displaying a plate or placard.
